My name is Ekani Le.

I’ve spent the past decade and a half nurturing my relationship with nature and rewilding my nervous system. Living in the remote foothills of Calaveras County, I co- founded a community called Thirteen Sisters Farm. On the farm, we mentored and taught seekers about living a holistic lifestyle while living off grid. My passion was starting an apothecary business that focused on wildcrafting and foraging native northern California herbs called Wildlife Herbs.

I returned to Santa Cruz in 2024 to continue my growth and expand my healing practice called East Somatic Medicine.  My practice weaves together my travels, my study with Buddhist Shamans & Native American Elders, my work with the medicine community, and my earth-based lifestyle.

How I Work

I enjoy a heart-centered approach to supporting my clients on their sacred journey of transition. I love weaving Chinese Medicine & Shamanic practices through bodywork and somatic integration. My training extends to hypnotherapy, craniosacral, tui na, chi nei tsang, qigong, and more. Additionally, I have cultivated my own unique methods of intuitive reading over the past decade.

If you or anyone who’s in need of support, I offer insights into mental health, spiritual alignment, and healing relationships. Many of my clients are going through deep transitions or are seeking support during critical milestones.
