**SOUL CARE 2024 RETREAT**

The year 2024 was significant for me. My partner of nine years suffered a tragic accident that left him hospitalized for two months. During this time, I experienced many moments of personal growth while facilitating a women's retreat at my home in the foothills. I learned valuable lessons about holding space for others and the importance of asking for support.

The Year of the Dragon arrived with great intensity, bringing cleansing and renewal. The support of the forest recharged our spirits and helped rewild our nervous systems. Other facilitators also imparted valuable lessons about teamwork, allowing me the opportunity to advocate for myself.

Learning continues at every opportunity, especially in environments that require deep healing.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible women who participated. Thank you for entrusting me and my team. We are truly honored and grateful to have created such a rich and nurturing space together.
